At TIF Lifestyles, all of our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify’s global print provider network. This ensures your item is produced specifically for you, with care and quality.

📦 Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–3 business days.
After fulfillment, shipping time depends on the destination and the provider, typically:
- USA: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery dates may vary depending on the product, print provider, and your location.

🚚 Shipping Providers

We use a variety of trusted shipping carriers through Printify’s partners. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

🌍 International Shipping

Customs fees, taxes, or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

Return & Exchange Policy

Since all products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, we will gladly provide replacements or refunds for issues that fall under Printify’s return policy.

✅ Eligible Issues for Replacement or Refund:

Damaged or defective items
Incorrect item received
Printing errors
Item lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)

🚫 Not Eligible for Return:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Incorrect size ordered (please check size charts carefully)
Minor color variations or slight product differences (due to print-on-demand process)
Orders returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address

📝 How to Request a Return or Replacement:

Contact us at support@tiflifestyles.com within 15 days of receiving your order
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the defect, error, or damage
We’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

If your request is approved, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund if a replacement cannot be provided.
